is a high quality. wheels are solid rubber so they will never pop. Axle and wheel hubs are all steel and good quality. my only complaint is how the high the handle is, you must lift the handle higher than natural to keep the rubber vibration pads from rubbing on the ground, all things considered its a high quality and saves my back from carrying the 100 plus pound generator around. amazon states that it is for the 46515, but according to the box it also works with c46540, c46535, c46535csa, 40008, 40010, 46513, 46514, 46516, 46551
